Normally, we ship the same or next day upon your order confirmation and payment. You may expect your ordered item(s) in one to five business days, depending on your location.


Shipping and Handling charges for bodyCushion to any destination in the continental U.S are the same as our accessory items.  Only $9.90 is charged for any one or two accessories. For three or more accessories, please add $4.95 per item.


Product Warranty:

 

The bodyCushion is manufactured of very high quality components. The foam affords maximum comfort and is extremely durable. The vinyl is supple, yet withstands everyday use and repeated cleaning. It is not unusual, with proper care and appropriate cleaning, that a bodyCushion can last the lifetime of a practice.

 

The bodyCushion vinyl is covered by a 2-year limited warranty and the foam is covered by a lifetime limited warranty, both limited to defects in materials and workmanship.  Should your bodyCushion foam or vinyl fail to perform for any of the above reasons, we will at our option, repair it or replace it at no charge.

 

To obtain the benefits of this warranty, simply contact us directly. We will provide you with instructions. However, please note that a copy of your receipt is required.
