Lemon essential oil is extracted from fruit’s peel by cold extraction. The oil has a sharp, fresh scent. The oil is beneficial because, by cutting down the level of acidity in the body, it aids digestions, and helps to relieve many afflictions such as arthritis, rheumatism, cellulite, acne and more. It benefits the circulatory system, reducing blood pressure, fever and cleansing the body. It also boosts the immune system.
Caution:
Lemon essential oil is non-toxic but can cause skin irritation and increased sensitivity in some individuals. It should not be used before being exposed to sunlight. The shelf life of lemon oil is only 8-10 months. It can still be used in fragrance therapies—such as vapor therapy—after this time.
Blending:
Lemon essential oil blends particularly well with lavender, rose, sandalwood, benzoin, eucalyptus, geranium, fennel, juniper, neroli and elemi.

Shipping and Handling charges for Massage oils, lotions, essential oils and creams in 6-ounce, 16-ounce, 32-ounce, 64-ounce units and all essential oils are a flat fee of $9.90 for any quantity. For Massage oils, lotions, and creams ordered in gallon units, the following rates apply:

1-9:            $9.90 per gallon  

10-29:        $6.90 per gallon   

30-54:        $4.90 per gallon   

55 or more: $2.90 per gallon
