BestMassage Facebook Community Grows Over 8,000
BestMassage, the international massage table and supplies warehouse, has well over 8000 likes on its Facebook page Facebook.com/BestMassage.Store.

The number of people who follow BestMassage on Facebook has reached over 8000 as of last week. This represents a doubling of fans since September of last year.
Peter Wang, Marketing Director of BestMassage, says that the BestMassage Facebook page has evolved into a forum to discuss matters regarding massage tables and massage supplies as well as other wellness-related issues. Wang says that not only do the discussions over Facebook give BestMassage fans an outlet to express themselves and give others ideas; they also help BestMassage learn more about their customers.
“We look through each and every discussion on Facebook. That is when we figure out what is important to our customers. We read through each comment, acknowledge each like and take into account the posts that our customers share. It is fascinating to see what our customers respond to. We hope to use that information to create better massage tables and massage products as well as offer better services.”
One trend Wang has noticed in recent months is customers posting customer service queries on BestMassage’s Facebook page. He says that although contacting the BestMassage customer service team through its website or calling them directly is more efficient, a moderator will always respond to customer service questions posted on Facebook.
“Our Facebook page is just another way for our customers to express their concerns about our massage products and services and get their questions asked.”
Other recent BestMassage Facebook page developments have included adding videos to its postings. Wang says that BestMassage has experimented with a few inspirational video postings in the last month. So far the response from the Facebook followers has been good and he says that BestMassage will continue to post similar videos in the future.
Wang says he is happy with how many fans follow BestMassage’s Facebook page.
“Every time I see another fan like our page, I get excited,” he said. “Then I know that we are making a difference in one more person’s life. We will continue to encourage our current customers as well as their friends and family to join our Facebook community.”
