The Best Price Guarantee works like this:  The customer has 14 days to contact BestMassage if they have found a lower price on an item somewhere else.  This excludes auction websites.  The lower-priced item from a competitor must be identical to the one that is sold at  The customer must submit a publically documented verification (like a receipt) along with a proof of purchase from BestMassage to the BestMassage customer service department.  If all requirements are met, BestMassage will send the customer a voucher for the difference in price.  “If we find out another competitor has a lower-price on a product than us, we quickly update the price on our website to match it,” says Buechler.
